Welcome to Vhoo

Vhoo.ai ("Vhoo") is an AI image and video creation website. You can describe an idea, upload reference material, and generate new work. You can also find inspiration on Explore, save favorites, and use templates shared by other creators.

These terms apply when you register, create, purchase, or share on Vhoo. Please read them before using these services. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

AI models used by Vhoo

Vhoo connects to the following AI models through APIMart, with model selection available on the creation page:

• Image generation and editing: OpenAI's GPT Image 2 and GPT Image 2.5 (Sunburst) generate and edit images from text or reference images. See the official introductions to GPT Image 2 and GPT Image 2.5 Sunburst.
• Video generation: ByteDance's Seedance 2.0 family, including Seedance 2.0, Seedance 2.0 Fast, and Seedance 2.0 Mini, generates videos from text and reference material. Learn about the model family on ByteDance Seedance.

APIMart provides access to these models. Vhoo provides the creation interface, work management, credits, and customer support. The creation page shows currently available models and options. We will update the relevant information when models change.

Your account

You need to sign in to generate work, manage credits, and save templates. Use an email address or sign-in account you are entitled to use, keep your password safe, and do not share verification codes or password reset links. Contact us if you notice someone else using your account.

Do not create accounts in bulk, impersonate others, or make fake referrals to claim free credits or rewards. These activities may result in rewards being withdrawn or account restrictions.

Source material and generated work

Make sure you have permission to use the images, videos, and text you submit. Obtain any necessary permission for material featuring another person's likeness, brand, work, or private information. Before uploading client material, check that your client permits its use with AI services.

You keep the rights you already hold in your source material. To carry out your creation request, Vhoo needs to store and process your descriptions, reference material, and results, and send the material needed for generation to the services that provide the AI capabilities.

AI results can contain incorrect text, altered faces or product details, and unnatural movement. The same description can produce different results. Before publishing or using work commercially, check that it fits your purpose and consider any rights involving people, trademarks, or other works. Vhoo does not guarantee that every result will meet your expectations, be unique, or automatically carry every permission needed for your use.

How credits work

Generating images or videos on Vhoo uses credits. The creation page shows the cost before you submit. Credits are deducted when you submit a task. If the task is confirmed as failed or canceled, the corresponding credits are returned automatically. You can check the return in your credit usage history in account settings.

• Free daily credits reset each day and do not accumulate. Account settings show the next reset time.
• Plan credits are issued monthly and expire at the end of their applicable validity period. Annual plans also release credits monthly, rather than all at once.
• One-time credit packs are paid for once, and their credits have no expiry date.
• Bonuses and referral rewards follow the relevant offer rules. Their expiry dates appear in your credit history.

A credit return is separate from a payment refund. A completed result that does not match your expectations does not trigger an automatic credit return. If a generation or charge seems wrong, send us the task details so we can investigate.

Purchases, renewals, and cancellation

Vhoo offers subscriptions and one-time credit packs. Before paying, check the price, billing period, and included credits on the checkout page.

Subscriptions renew automatically on your chosen monthly or annual schedule. You can cancel renewal in account settings. Your paid period remains available after cancellation, and an annual plan continues its scheduled monthly credit releases through that period. Credits already issued keep their original expiry dates.

Canceling renewal does not automatically refund previous payments. For duplicate charges, missing credits, or a refund request, contact us with your account email and order details. We review refund requests based on the order and usage. Once a refund succeeds, the related unused credits are withdrawn. This does not affect any refund rights you have under applicable law.

What publishing a template means

Generating work does not automatically place it on Explore. When you choose "Publish as template" and submit your work, we review it. Approved templates become available for others to browse, favorite, and use.

Published information includes the template name, finished work, text description, generation settings, reference material, and your display name and avatar. Check reference images, reference videos, and first or last frames carefully for private people, client material, or unreleased work before sharing.

Publishing a template allows Vhoo to display this material and other users to carry its description, settings, and references into new creations through "Use template." Only share material you have permission to make available in this way.

Templates keep a separate copy of the material. Deleting the original work does not delete its template. To request removal, contact us with the template link. Material that others have already downloaded or used may not be recoverable.

Content standards and prohibited categories

These rules cover text descriptions, uploaded references, generated or edited images and videos (including video audio), and published templates. Whether shared publicly or kept in your account, the following six categories must not be generated, uploaded, edited, stored, or distributed through Vhoo:

1. Pornography / NSFW content: Pornographic imagery, explicit sexual acts, nudity intended for sexual arousal, and non-consensual intimate imagery.
2. Violence / gore: Depictions of violent injury, abuse, torture, dismemberment, bloody wounds, and content that promotes or encourages violence.
3. Hate speech: Content that degrades, dehumanizes, or threatens people, or incites discrimination, hatred, or violence based on characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
4. Child-unsafe content (CSAM): Sexualization, sexual abuse, or exploitation involving minors or characters who appear to be minors, and content that grooms, harms, or endangers children. This prohibition also covers fictional and AI-generated characters.
5. Deepfakes / impersonation: Non-consensual synthesis of a real person's face, voice, or actions; impersonation of people, brands, or organizations; and fabricated identities, endorsements, or events intended to deceive.
6. Copyright / trademark infringement: Unauthorized copying, adaptation, or distribution of protected works, misuse of brand marks to create infringing content, and fabricated brand authorization or endorsements.

Vhoo has zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation, terrorism, extremism, mass violence, incitement to genocide, and instructions for making weapons of mass destruction. Do not use Vhoo for harassment, fraud, misinformation, or spam, or misrepresent AI-generated content as a real record or human-created work to deceive others.

Do not reword descriptions, split requests, or use other methods to bypass safeguards. Stealing accounts, manipulating credits or referral rewards, and disrupting the website are also prohibited.

How to report content

If you find prohibited content, experience AI impersonation, or believe work infringes your privacy, likeness, copyright, or trademark rights, email connect@vhoo.ai with the subject "Vhoo content report." This email is also linked in the website footer.

Please include, where available:

• The work or template link and name, or details of your own generation task.
• The category you believe has been violated and a description that helps us investigate.
• For a rights complaint, your relationship to the rights concerned and any necessary supporting evidence.

Mark the subject "Urgent" for child safety, terrorism, or threats of real-world harm. Do not download or forward suspected child sexual abuse material to make a report, or include unrelated private information. A location and written description are sufficient.

We will investigate and contact you by email when we need more information or have a decision. Reporter identities are not displayed publicly and are used only as needed to handle reports and lawful investigations. Please report honestly. Fabricated reports or repeated abuse of the reporting channel may lead to account restrictions.

How Vhoo reviews and handles content

• Safety checks during generation: GPT Image 2 and Seedance video generation enable the pornography checks provided by APIMart. Other safeguards depend on the selected model's protections. A request or result rejected by the provider may cause generation to be refused or fail.
• Human review before template publication: After you submit "Publish as template," Vhoo administrators review the work, description, creation settings, and reference material. Only approved templates appear on Explore. Rejected templates are not displayed publicly.
• Human investigation of reports: When we receive a report or identify a suspected violation, we examine the relevant content, task, or account records. Child safety, terrorism, and threats of real-world harm receive priority.
• Action on violations: Depending on severity and repeated violations, we may issue warnings, refuse publication, remove violating content, suspend accounts, or permanently ban accounts. We handle serious suspected illegal content and cooperate with authorities as required by applicable law.

Safety checks can miss violations. A successful generation or approved template does not make prohibited content acceptable. If you believe a generation refusal, template review, or account decision is mistaken, email connect@vhoo.ai with the subject "Vhoo content appeal." Include the relevant task, template, or account details and your reasons. We will review the decision and reply.

Service changes and contacting us

Vhoo's models, templates, and creation options may change. Maintenance or busy generation services can also delay or interrupt tasks. Download work you want to keep, and keep your own backup.

When these terms change, we will update the date on this page. Important changes to purchases or how you use the service will be explained through a notice on the site or by email.
