What this policy covers

On Vhoo.ai, you might upload a product photo, describe a video scene, or share a finished creation as a template. This policy explains what information we handle along the way, why we need it, and how you can manage it.

Information we handle

• Account details: Your registration or sign-in email, display name, avatar, and login records. If you sign in with Google, we receive basic details used to establish your account.
• Creation content: Your text descriptions, reference images or videos, first and last frames, selected settings, generated images and videos, and task status and times. These help us complete your requests and display your creation history.
• Templates and favorites: Templates you submit, their review status, and templates you favorite, so we can display community content and maintain your favorites list.
• Orders and credits: Purchased plans, order amounts, payment and renewal status, and credit grants and usage, so we can provide paid services, calculate balances, and handle refunds.
• Visits and referrals: Pages visited, features used, referring sites or campaign links, referral relationships, and access records such as IP address and browser information. These help us understand usage, calculate referral rewards, and identify unusual activity.
• Information you send us: Support emails, issue descriptions, and attachments that help us respond and investigate problems.

How your material is used for generation

When you submit a task, Vhoo sends your description, required references, and creation settings to an AI generation service. Through APIMart, Vhoo accesses OpenAI's GPT Image 2 and GPT Image 2.5 (Sunburst) image models, and ByteDance's Seedance 2.0, Seedance 2.0 Fast, and Seedance 2.0 Mini video models. The creation page shows available options, and our Terms of Service explain the model sources. Results are saved to the file storage service used by Vhoo so you can view and download them.

These steps require the relevant providers to process your creation content. Only upload material suitable for processing by these services. Avoid including passwords, identity documents, full payment details, unauthorized client secrets, or other people's private information in descriptions or reference files.

Who can see your work

Your creation history is shown through your account, and generated work is not automatically published on Explore. However, someone who has an image or video file link may be able to open the file directly. Share links carefully and do not use the upload space as a confidential file vault.

When you submit a template, Vhoo reviewers can see its work, description, settings, and references. After approval, this material becomes public, including reference images, reference videos, and first and last frames, alongside your display name and avatar. Other users can favorite the template or bring it into the creation page to use it.

Public template pages do not display your account email or a list of users who favorited the template. Your own favorites list is available to you when signed in.

Services that help us handle information

Vhoo uses external services for specific features:

• AI generation: APIMart processes the descriptions, material, and settings needed for generation tasks.
• Website and file storage: Cloudflare provides website hosting, data and file storage, and account email delivery.
• Payments: Waffo Pancake handles checkout and subscriptions. Vhoo sends an account identifier to associate orders with your account and receives payment, renewal, and refund results. You enter payment details on the payment service's checkout page.
• Sign-in: Google participates in authentication when you choose Google sign-in.
• Usage analysis and support: Google Analytics helps us understand page visits and feature usage. When additional analytics or live support tools are enabled, those services also process visit records or the conversations you provide.

Providers also handle information they receive under their own policies. Our Cookie Policy explains more about browser records and analytics tools.

Keeping and deleting information

Account details, creation history, orders, and credit records help us continue providing the service, resolve issues, and reconcile transactions. Retention needs differ by information type. Financial, dispute resolution, or legal requirements may also require us to keep order or security records.

Where a work has a delete option, you can use it to remove the result. You can also contact us to request corrections, a copy of your information, content deletion, or account closure. We will verify account ownership and explain what we can process and which records need to be retained. Download work you want to keep.

Deleting original work or closing an account does not automatically remove published templates. Templates have independently saved content. Include template links in your request if you also want them removed. We cannot guarantee deletion from someone else's device after they have downloaded or used the content.

Updates and contact

When Vhoo's features or information practices change, we will update the date on this page and explain important changes through a notice on the site or by email.
