Why Vhoo saves information in your browser

After signing in to Vhoo, you can switch to video creation without signing in again on every page. When you use a template, its description and references can follow you into the creation page. These features need your browser to save small amounts of information.

Some information is saved in cookies, and some is kept in the current tab or your browser's local storage. This page explains how Vhoo uses these records.

Staying signed in: Helps Vhoo recognize your account so it can display your work, credits, subscription, and favorites. Sign-in records expire and are refreshed as you continue using the service.
Sign-in checks: Help complete email or Google sign-in and protect the sign-in process.
Language preference: Remembers your language choice so you can continue using the interface in that language.

Moving between creation steps

When you choose "Use template" or send an image to video creation as a first frame, the browser temporarily saves the relevant description, settings, and material links in the current tab. The creation page removes this temporary record after receiving it. Closing the tab usually clears it too.

Your browser also remembers whether you have dismissed an offer notice, so it does not keep interrupting you. This record stays in that browser until you clear the site data.

Visit sources and referral rewards

Vhoo records which website, campaign link, or referral link brought you here. This helps us understand how people discover Vhoo and associate an inviter with a new user when the referral rules are met.

Source and referral cookies last for 30 days. After registration or sign-in, source or referral information may be saved with account records for reporting and reward calculations. Clearing browser cookies does not also delete account records already saved.

Analytics and external services

Vhoo uses Google Analytics to understand page visits and feature usage, such as opening a creation page, starting checkout, or changing a subscription. It may use cookies to recognize repeat visits from the same browser.

When additional analytics tools are enabled, Microsoft Clarity, Umami, or Plausible may also help us understand page usage. Whether they use cookies depends on the tool. When live support is enabled, Crisp may save records needed to recognize a session and maintain a conversation.

Google sign-in and the Waffo Pancake checkout page may also set their own cookies when you use those services. Their policies explain how those records are used.

Your choices

Your browser's privacy or site settings let you view, delete, or restrict Vhoo cookies and other site data. You can also adjust restrictions on third-party cookies.

After clearing or blocking these records, you may need to sign in again, choose a language again, or see a notice you previously dismissed. Template information being carried into a creation page may be lost, and a referral source may no longer be recognized.

Clearing browser data does not cancel a subscription or delete work, orders, or credits in your Vhoo account. Use account settings to cancel renewal, and contact us for account or content deletion requests.
